This Privacy Policy explains what information ClipKaboom (“ClipKaboom”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the ClipKaboom website, apps, and services (the “Service”).

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic profile details.
Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of a card) but do not store full card numbers.
Usage data.We collect logs and analytics about how the Service is used — for example searches, downloads, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Cookies and session data. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
To respond to support requests and legal notices.
To send service-related messages and, where permitted, occasional product updates you can opt out of.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or close your account, by emailing legal@clipkaboom.com.

7. International transfers

We operate globally and may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
